SNC PO push failed due to some POs were being processed by Day End Process. If Day End Process is still running while the PO push occurs, the PO push may fail due to the concurrent processing to the same PO.

Understand that the PO Push is failed due to a queue which is formed in the inbound queue.
The Error says that "
PO is Locked".
Understand that the PO which is locked and unprocessed in SXI_MONITOR has some updates processed in the Work Order confirmation update (Upload) in the Day End Process.

This was happening for EB vendor in production 208824.
Resolution
Clean up the old work orders for EB Vendor so that the confirmation upload processing time would take less to execute.
